Refund Policy

1. Overview

At B2U GAMES, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and returns work for our digital and physical products.

2. Digital Products and Online Courses

Digital products, online courses, and educational content come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting us at capsloko02@gmail.com with your order details.

After a refund is issued, access to the digital product will be revoked. Requests made after the 7-day period are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

3. Physical Products

You may return eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at capsloko02@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (or after we receive and inspect the returned item). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be canceled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
